Seafair Redesign
2024 Graphic Design Project
For my rebrand of the Seattle Seafair festival, I focused on updating the existing branding to highlight its ties to the Navy and to classic American traditions. As 2024 marks the 75th anniversary of Seafair, the logo and merch should reflect on the festival's legacy as a summer tradition for generations of Seattle-based families. To accentuate this, I drew inspiration from the classic blue stripes of Navy uniforms and magazine advertisements from the 1950's. The rebrand keeps the professional and trustworthy feel while adding a wholesome and engaging atmosphere.
